    • "COMPRESSING / EXPANDING ~ TIME"

    This is a workshop directed toward understanding the nature of Time, Energy, and Healing. Cost $65.

    Some pieces of the puzzle of Life that we will touch upon are:

    * Leaving ‘room’ for spontaneous insights. *

    * Unhooking from the ‘dreary sense’ that everything is difficult. *

    * Sensing the underlying quality of Time as Timeless. *

    * Allowing ‘room’ for the Miraculous. *

    Guidance may come when we least expect it, if we allow a gentle ‘contact’ from Spirit to enter our lives. The miraculous is all around us. But usually we are so frantic with worry, feeling pressured by tight schedules, trying to do too much, that we are feeling stressed; with little or no perception of the Divine.

    Often there is a sense that "time is speeding up". A wonderful insight if it puts us in the feeling / thought of the Awakening Consciousness of the collective awareness – of all humanity. But usually, as seen / felt from our personality / ego perspective it is just a sense of ‘to much to do too little time.’

    In the workshop we will focus on generating a perception / feeling of ‘timeless time’ through the tools of:

    * stretching / Qi Gong * -- * guided mediation *

    * an accelerated healing process *

    * and trance channeling (through Lin as an instrument for Spirit.) *

    The approach is one of ease, lightness, and playfully un-covering a Natural Knowledge we all have. An energy ‘transference’ happens in healing work that activates the Chakras (energy centers in our individual Body / Spirit.) This ‘transference’ may act as a kind of ‘initiation’. This may seem as if some one else (in this case Lin acting as an instrument of the Spirit), is acting as a catalyst. In the deepest reality we all have a direct connection to the Universe. But in our conscious mind there may be an experience of ‘learning’ about altered states of Energy experience by a sense of ‘transference’ of energy. Direct knowing resulting from feeling or being in that energy state.

    Then the trick is to give the outer mind something to work on. Something to help the personality understand what has/is happing. In that way we ‘make room’ in our minds for that state of Energy consciousness to be repeated. In short we learn how to move into a deeper state of connection with higher aspects of ourselves. Timelessness, Healing , Miracles all become ‘allowable’ to the personality. We may more and more enter into a "Holy Moment."

    The Universe / God / Goddess – always wants to bring us to deeper states of Self awareness....

    to deeper states of Peace and Love. Our personality is the aspect of our journey through Life that generally chooses to live in a sense of ‘lack’. If we can then, in deepest honesty (having a sense of courage, playfulness, and a willingness for the Universe to ‘teach’ us); be open to the possibility of allowing such Wonder to enter our lives. Divinity will come. We will become aware that we are...

    Co-Creators with the Divine. Linear time becomes then more of a backdrop upon which the experience of ‘ordinary’ life is projected; and behind the backdrop the sense of Timelessness, of Peace, may begin to open up more and more completely.
